Summary

Can individuals who rely on prosthetics or other devices to perform daily activities sue for personal injury when their prosthetic/device has been damaged by another.

Currently, if someone’s prosthetic gets damaged in an accident, they cannot recover their lost time from work or lost enjoyment of life. They have only suffered property damage and are only entitled to recover the cost of the repair.
